Course Description

The Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) is a national hazard communication standard which provides information on the safe use of hazardous materials used in workplaces. The key elements of the system are cautionary labelling of containers, provision of material safety data sheets (MSDSs) and worker education and training programs.

This e-Learning course is convenient as it allows participants can take it whenever or wherever they need it, using an Internet connection. This course was designed to provide participants with the general knowledge of symbols, classification, MSDS sheets and other relevant legislative information.
