Audit Submission Deadlines

Please adhere to the following deadlines:

• All Audits, be it Certification, Maintenance, Auditor Qualification, and/or Baseline must be submitted by December 1st.

• The MHSA highly recommends consistently performing the audit as close to the COR expiry date as possible,  to avoid overlap in documentation review for years that require a Certification audit

• Auditor Qualification Audits – by 6 months from end of course date

• All Certification Audits must be assigned by MHSA
