Auditors

Overview

The MHSA is committed to providing support and assistance to all of our member companies and certified auditors and assessors. If you have any questions or concerns in any step of the Audit process (planning, conducting, reporting) please contact the COR Department at cor@mhsa.ab.ca.

Prior to ANY audit being performed, an audit registration form must be submitted to the MHSA COR department. Please be sure to include all active sites covered under the WCB account.

When preparing for your Audit, please refer to COR Tab for COR Updates & Resources document.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:

It is the responsibility of the Auditor/ Assessor to submit the annual Audit Registration Form to MHSA. We kindly ask ALL Audit Registration forms to be submitted to the MHSA for processing by March 1st of the calendar year.

Access to the Audit Instrument will be arranged once the COR department has had a chance to review and assign the audit.
