Harassment and violence can occur at any worksite. With increasingly stringent regulations being rolled out to protect workers, it is now more important than ever to provide your employees, managers, and supervisors with workplace harassment training. This course from MHSA trains all your workers and helps you — the employer — to maintain compliance with new Alberta rules and regulations.

Course Description
This 1-day course aligns with the government initiatives to identify and control psychosocial hazards, such as harassment and violence, that may be present in the workplace.
Participants will gain knowledge on how to recognize these hazards to effectively prevent them and maintain a healthy working environment.
This course provides theory, practical exercises, and the documentation necessary to develop the mandated harassment and violence prevention plans in accordance with Alberta Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
