This month we would like to highlight the upcoming March 2025 OHS Code Changes 


Every 3 years, the government of Alberta has committed to conducting a review of certain elements of the OHS Act, Regulation and Code.

This is to ensure the legislation stays as current and relevant as possible.


Here's some of the changes:

  • Revised definitions

  • Repealed repetitive or conflicting information

  • Amended parts

Navigating Alberta OHS Legislation

This ¾-day course gives the participants a basic understanding of the structure of Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety legislation. Participants will learn to successfully navigate the OHS Handbook by completing individual exercises and activities. Upon completion of this course you will understand the structure of the OHS legislation, be able to navigate and locate specific topics within the legislation, and be introduced to the OHS website and the resources it offers.


Each participant will receive a current OHS Handbook to participate in this course.
