This course will assist workplace leaders in ensuring compliance with company health & safety system policies and fulfilling legislated health & safety responsibilities. By the end of the course, employers, managers, and supervisors will be able to measure their success through trending statistics, performance observation, enforcement, training & education, and developing a productive and inclusive workplace.

Workplace leaders will learn to incorporate health & safety into everyday planning, create and maintain a safe work environment, and make a lasting contribution to the reduction of incidents by applying the principles learned in the pre-requisite Navigating Alberta OHS Legislation course and industry best practices.
